To set the course for land use and development across unincorporated Sangamon County for the next twenty years, Sangamon County has partnered with the Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission to develop the Sangamon County 2047 Comprehensive Plan.
A steering comittee has been created to guide the comprehensive planning process. The committee meets monthly on the third Thursday. A copy of the latest agenda will be placed HERE when it is available.
