Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid driver’s license as well as a minimum of 60 credit hours from a university, college, or community college, preferably with major course work in criminal justice, psychology, sociology, social work, or related social services, or a high school diploma with at least two years prior employment in law enforcement or experience in a residential care, specialized care, or detention facility.
